I am so happy to have received an email from you about your new book and blog. You know me from Yoga and Meditations at Gulf Port, and we did the Deepak Mantra Day with your friend (and her husband) at that really cool home across from the Beach. Our paths are sure to continue crossing…and I am thrilled. Donna Lengel (I’m in your files if you have them still, that was quite a few years ago…)
I am enjoying the book and practicing on being in the moment with my breath. The concepts are deep and very new, but I keep telling myself that I do have these potentials inside me inspite of my life condition.
